Ashley Bonn
Ashley Bonn is a co-producer of the Conscious Growth Convergence and founder of the nonprofit Conscious Growth. Based in Portland, Oregon, she is a visionary leader and community weaver who has spent the past decade creating transformative experiences that blend ecological education, cultural programming, and community building. Through her work, Ashley brings together artists, educators, land stewards, and changemakers to explore regenerative ways of living rooted in place. Her approach is grounded in a deep respect for land and ancestry, where she is guided by the belief that culture can serve as a powerful pathway for ecological restoration and collective resilience.

Setesh Free
Setesh Free is a co-producer of the Conscious Growth Convergence and founder of Reciprocity Music. As a former events director and long-term resident of Lost Valley Education Center, he has spent more than a decade weaving events and experiences rooted in music, dance, land stewardship, and collective transformation. His work brings people together through spaces that invite both celebration and deeper remembrance of our relationship to place, community, and the living world. Setesh has become a passionate advocate for creating more values-aligned pathways within the wider music industry. Through his work with artists as an international booking agent, festival producer, and community space holder, he is committed to helping shape new models for conscious touring.

CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Sonya Robin
Sonya Robin has been an apprentice to sound for over 20 years, with Earth and ancestral wisdoms as her compass. Her musical offering features guitar and voice in what she calls "safe passage: a canoe through turbulent waters." As Co-Founder of Reciprocity Music, Sonya is committed to the work of creating new blueprints for a regenerative music industry. A returning collaborator with Conscious Growth Convergence, she shows up here as both performer and curator in service to collective presence and the communities that make it possible.

ARTIST RELATIONS COORDINATOR
Sage Daly
Sage Daly brings a strong foundation in artist relations and intentional space holding, shaped through years of working closely with artists in both developmental and management roles. Through her time with Reciprocity Music and as a booking agent with Pivotal Agency, she has supported a range of artists, gatherings, and creative projects that center healing, collective liberation, and a deeper connection to land and community. Grounded in a belief that music can serve as a catalyst for both personal and collective transformation, Sage brings a thoughtful, values-driven presence to every space she helps shape. She is especially devoted to uplifting women in music and cultivating environments where artists and communities feel empowered, supported, and truly seen.

DIVERSITY & EQUITY CONSULTANT
ALYX SOMAS
Alyx Somas is a 2S Native North American Culture Tender, Re-indigenization Practitioner, and Liberationist devoted to restoring relationship with lineage, land, and kinship lifeways. Rooted in ancestral teachings and eco-somatic healing, they guide communities through ceremony, grief work, and belonging-based systems change. Their work, the Collectivity Project, nurtures ancestral healing, cross-cultural belonging, and collective liberation.

CULTURAL COMMUNITY STEWARD
AMRON BEVELS
Amron Bevels is a multifaceted spiritual guide and wellness practitioner who brings a unique blend of scientific background and spiritual wisdom to her work. With formal medical school training and extensive experience in nutrition and anti-aging research, she bridges the gap between conventional medicine and holistic healing practices. Amron supports us in centering our collective intention and holding the question: “What role do you play in the village?” Amron will co-guide our ceremonies and serve as an MC, weaving the threads of our gathering together with grace and power.

LOST VALLEY LAND STEWARD
BRIAN BYERS
Brian Byers is a permaculture designer, educator, and activist with over a decade of experience in sustainable agriculture and forestry within the Willamette Valley. As a passionate advocate for building resilient communities, reconnecting individuals to the natural world, and fostering a sense of place, Brian brings a holistic, systems-based approach to all of his work. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Gutenberg College and has studied permaculture with regional experts including Andrew Millison, Heiko Koester, Hazel Ward, and Jude Hobbs. He is a certified permaculture designer with advanced certifications in surveying, earthworks design, forestry, and teaching.

LOST VALLEY OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
KENDALL Runyan
Kendall Runyan serves as the Business Administrator at Lost Valley, where she has worked in various administrative roles for over two years. In this position, she focuses on improving organizational management systems and administrative processes. Kendall is passionate about dynamic governance systems and appreciates Lost Valley's commitment to fostering harmonious relationships with both the natural environment and community members. She strongly believes in the organization's mission as an educational center and its potential to demonstrate alternatives to extractive societal practices. With a bachelor's degree in political science and certifications in permaculture design and sociocratic facilitation, Kendall brings diverse experience to her role. Her background includes extensive work in education, particularly with children, and administrative experience in a county elections office. She also completed an internship with C-SPAN, enhancing her understanding of media and public service.
