PACKING LIST
FACILITIES & AMENITIES
All tickets are non-refundable.
However, tickets are transferable. If you are no longer able to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.
The Convergence often sells out.
We recommend registering early and joining our mailing list for updates. If tickets sell out, we may open a waitlist.
We do our best to support accessibility needs within a land-based, outdoor environment.
ADA / family camping areas are available
A vehicle can be arranged to assist with transport into the venue
A shuttle is available for gear support
Please note that the land includes uneven terrain, forest paths, and natural surfaces.
If you have specific needs, we encourage you to reach out ahead of time so we can support you.
This is primarily a camping-based gathering.
All attendees should plan to camp on site unless they arrange off-site lodging independently.
There are no on-site hotel-style accommodations provided through the event.

We offer a work trade program for those who want to support the gathering and attend at a reduced rate.

Yes — this is a family-friendly gathering.
Kids 15 and under are welcome to attend for free.
We will have a designated youth area with day-long programming to support creativity, play, and connection.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Yes — we welcome all attendees to stay Sunday evening.
We ask that everyone is packed up and ready to depart by Monday at 12:00pm.
No. The main gathering and camping areas are vehicle-free.
You will park in a nearby pasture and walk your gear into camp.
We strongly recommend bringing a cart or wagon to transport your belongings.

You can carry your belongings, but be aware it is about a 5-minute walk through a forest path.
A limited shuttle is available for gear support, but priority is given to those with mobility needs.
Cell service is limited depending on your carrier.
We recommend planning accordingly and letting loved ones know you may be offline.
Yes.
This is a low-waste gathering, so please bring your own:
Plate or bowl
Cup
Utensils
No disposable dishware will be provided.
No pets are allowed. Service animals are permitted if necessary.
No open flames are allowed in the forest.
This includes:
Campfires
Fire spinning
Fireworks
Please follow all posted fire safety guidelines.
Yes. This is an outdoor gathering and will take place in all weather conditions.
Please come prepared for rain, sun, and cool nights.
