ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

We invite you to arrive with enough time to settle in, set up camp, and orient yourself before programming begins.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive during gate hours, as we are not able to accommodate late-night entry.

Gate Hours:

  • Thursday: 12:00pm – 9:00pm

  • Friday: 9:00am – 9:00pm

  • Saturday: 9:00am – 9:00pm

  • Sunday: 9:00am – 9:00pm

If you arrive outside of these times, you may be asked to wait until gates reopen.

DEPARTURE

All participants must depart by Monday at 12:00pm.

We encourage a slow, intentional departure — taking time to pack up your space and leave the land as you found it.

LOAD-IN (please read!)

To support the land and create a more peaceful, pedestrian-centered space, the main camping and gathering areas are vehicle-free.

You will NOT be able to drive your car

directly to your campsite.

PRO TIP
BRING A CART!

We strongly recommend bringing a wagon, cart, or another way to transport your gear. You will need to move your belongings from the parking area into the main gathering space.

Step-by-Step Arrival Flow

1. Park your vehicle

You will be directed to park in a pasture just outside the main venue.

2. Walk to registration

From the parking area, walk to the registration table to check in.

3. Check In

You will receive your wristband, parking pass, and a brief orientation to the site.

4. Return to your vehicle

Return to your car to gather your belongings.

5. Load your gear

Load gear into your wagon and/or the shuttle and enter the venue.

(most common)

  • Load your gear into a cart or carry it

  • Walk into the venue via a forested path (about 5 minutes)

  • Cross a small footbridge over the creek

  • Arrive in the main camping areas

You may camp in:

  • Forest camping areas

  • Meadow camping areas

  • ADA / family camping areas

Shuttle option

(limited)

A gear shuttle is available for those who need additional support.

  • Load your gear onto the shuttle

  • The shuttle enters through a separate access point

  • Gear is dropped at the load-in / load-out area

From there, a small number of carts will be available for a short walk to your campsite.

We ask that this option be prioritized for:

  • People with mobility needs

  • Families with young children

  • Those who genuinely need assistance

ada access

If you need additional accessibility support, we can arrange a vehicle to bring you into the venue and drop you at the load-in area.

Please reach out ahead of time so we can support you.

walk-in option

a note on arrival

This process is intentional.

It reduces vehicle traffic, protects the land, and helps create a quieter, more connected environment.

Arriving prepared — especially with a cart — will make your experience much smoother.

This helps reduce environmental impact, ease parking congestion, and often creates connection before the gathering even begins.

A rideshare coordination space will be shared closer to the event.

we encourage carpooling!

camping

All attendees should plan to camp onsite

unless off-site accommodations have been secured.

Camping is first come, first served, with options including:

  • Forest camping (shaded, quieter)

  • Meadow camping (more open, closer to activity)

  • ADA / family camping areas

Most campsites are within a short walking distance of gathering spaces.

Please be mindful of space, keep pathways clear, and set up a simple, comfortable camp.
