Cascadia Campout is an intentional gathering in the Pacific Northwest with a purpose to honor the land, deepen connection, and share diverse forms of expression.

Join us for three days of camping, music, art, education and connection in Veneta, Oregon!

⏰ Gate Schedule:

~ Friday, July 28th: 12:00pm-11:00pm

~ Saturday, July 29th: 9:00am-11:00pm

~ Sunday, July 30th: 9:00am-10:00pm

🏕 Camping Info:

~ Spots are first come, first serve

~ The land is flat, forested and shady

~ Tent & car camping only - No RVs over 22 ft

~ Parking is limited. we encourage carpooling!

~ NO pets - only service animals if necessary

~ Limited cell service depending on carrier

~ Leave No Trace! Pack in, Pack out

🔥 Fire Policy:

~ NO open flames or smoking in the forest

~ Check your vehicle fluids for leaks

~ NO fire spinning or fire dancing

~ NO fireworks or firearms

💧 Water Info:

~ There will be LIMITED potable water on site

~ Please bring your own water vessels!

~ NO showers. natural swim areas nearby

~ Bathrooms - port-a-potties will be on site

🥗 Food & Drinks:

~ Vendors: Sunbeam Superfoods & Camp Taco

~ Bring your own plate, bowl, cup, & utensils

~ Bring your own additional foods & drinks

🌀 What to Bring:

~ Camping gear - tent, sleeping bag, pad, etc.

~ Water bottle, plate, bowl, cup, utensils, etc.

~ Food, drinks, snacks, cooler, ice, and more

~ Yoga mat, chairs, blankets, & comfy things

~ Sunscreen (day) / warm layers (cool nights)

~ Cash for vendors, healers, art, merch, etc.

~ Flashlight, headlamp, and camping lights

~ Instruments, flow props, yard games, etc.

~ Items to trade for barter exchange

~ Journal + pen for workshops
